We take on playground, court, pitch and path projects in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, for schools, councils, clubs, leisure sites, care homes, developers and homeowners. Published prices start at about £40 per m2 for wetpour and about £36 per m2 to resurface a MUGA, and Sport England puts a new fenced, floodlit MUGA at £190,000, all before VAT. Choose your county or city below, or send your site details for a survey and quote.

Why does your area change the price?
Because access, haulage and ground conditions change from site to site, and the national benchmarks leave them out. Sport England’s cost guide states that its figures exclude regional cost variations, difficult access and poor ground, so a quote is always built on a survey of your site. Each area page covers what is different there: which council decides planning, who usually commissions the work, and what tends to drive cost.
What changes between England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland?
Mainly planning, building control and funding. The table shows where to look before you plan a project.
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.

What if your town is not listed?
Send your enquiry anyway; every enquiry is handled, wherever the site is. The list above covers the counties and cities where buyers search most, and a town inside one of them is covered by its county page.
What can we price for you in any area?
Every surface and project on this site. Start with the surfaces or applications pages, or go straight to a price: sports and playground surfacing costs sets out every published figure with its source. If you already know the court or path you want, the court designer and resin designer give a price band in a couple of minutes.
